You are primarily responsible for
- Creating personalized guest experiences throughout the guest journey – from strategic pre-arrival planning to active in-house care and sustainable post-stay relationship work
- Individual guest advice on activities, transfers, special events and exclusive surprises as well as the sustainable increase in revenue per guest
- Responsibility for the holistic care of VIP, Longstay and regular guests – from personal welcome to tailor-made Farewell
- Develop exclusive experiences that inspire, surprise and at the same time measurably increase the economic success of each guest
- Close cooperation with Front Office, Reservations, F&B and external partners
- Identify proactive ways to add value and integrate exclusive add-on services seamlessly into the guest experience
- Ensuring the highest quality standards in the sense of the Bürgenstock standards
German and English are fluent in words and writing. Other foreign languages (such as Arabic, Russian or Chinese) are advantageous. They show a high level of willingness to perform, are very flexible and resilient and also work under time and work pressure, guest-oriented, calm and exact. Discretion and attention are a matter of course for you.
