Door Attendant 100% (f/m/i)
They are primarily responsible for
- Welcome and farewell of guests at the hotel entrance
- Assistance with luggage transport, opening doors and directions
- Coordination of vehicle arrivals with valet parking
- Identification and care of VIP guests according to guidelines
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety standards in the entrance area
- Participation in emergency and security processes
- Assuming further tasks to support hotel operations
- Work in early/medium/late service according to operational planning
Ideally, you have initial experience in the upscale hotel industry, in guest service or in a comparable, guest-oriented position, preferably in the 5-star or luxury segment. Delight with your open, warm and professional charisma They convince our guests from the first moment and convince with excellent manners and a well-kept appearance. You master German and English fluently, other foreign languages such as French, Italian or Arabic are an advantage. A driver’s license is required, you are also physically resilient and accustomed to the safe lifting and carrying of luggage. Shift and weekend work are a matter of course for you. Even in lively situations, you remain calm, attentive and service-oriented, work reliably and responsibly and thus contribute to a smooth process in the entrance area.
