Together, we provide around the clock with passion and commitment for coordinated, digitally connected and accessible healthcare for all.We are looking for one or more by 1 January 2028 or by agreement Tasks: • Medical, organizational and economic overall responsibility for the Clinic of General Internal Medicine at the Stans site with independent location responsibility • Ensuring and continuously developing high-quality stationary internistic care as the main pillar of extended basic care in the canton of Nidwalden • Co-responsibility for interdisciplinary cooperation with the Emergency Center as well as for seamless and high-quality patient care along the entire treatment path • Strategic and conceptual development of the clinic based on the medical strategy of the LUKS Group, the cantonal service mandate and the development goals of the Nidwalden Hospital • Ensuring the highest quality standards in diagnostics and therapy • Assume the technical and personnel management of the medical team and are responsible for medical further education and the training of assistant doctors WB category B Requirements • Specialist title General Internal Medicine, additional qualification such as e.g. B Leadership, health management, health economics or education beneficial • Very broad and proven internalist expertise • Several years of leadership experience as a cadre doctor, networking in the region beneficial • Excellent leadership, social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • Sound knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system • Strategic, innovative thinking and interest in continuous clinical and organizational development • Interest and understanding of business relationships as well as openness with regard to digitalization • Ability to accompany change processes, integrative personality • High patient orientation and quality awareness We offer: • Management and further development of the clinic in a very well-positioned regional hospital with close links to the Lucerne Center Hospital • Exciting leadership at the Stans location – within a dynamic, university hospital group with a clear future strategy • Close interdisciplinary cooperation both in Stans and in the LUKS Group • Attractive employment conditions and an appreciative, collegial working environment
