Buffet & Room Service 100% (m/f/d)
Your everyday work
- Guest service and ensuring smooth service processes in compliance with our quality standards
- Receiving, preparing and delivering room service orders to the rooms as well as clearing the dishes
- Mise en place and provision of sufficiently polished working materials such as porcelain, cutlery and glasses
- Performing internal orders for drinks and working materials as well as their proper storage
- Preparation of beverages according to given recipes
What we want from you
- Professional experience in a comparable position in the hospitality industry
- Experience in dealing with international guests as well as well-groomed and courteous manners
- High guest and team orientation
- Good knowledge of German and English
