Assistant Restaurant Manager Spices 100% (f/m/i)
Our Spices Kitchen & Terrace combines excellent cuisine with warm hospitality in a unique atmosphere. As an Assistant Manager, you support the Restaurant Manager in operational management, ensure the highest quality standards and promote the further development of the team.
- Support the restaurant manager in the daily management of the Spices Kitchen & Terrace and ensure smooth operations
- Help create rosters with Mirus 3.0 and optimize human resources
- Development and implementation of internal training on operational guidelines, our offer and the further development of employees
- Ensuring and controlling all hygiene and quality requirements for an immaculate guest service
- Active assistance in the restaurant
You have completed service training in the catering/hotel industry or a degree from a hotel management school. In addition, you have already gained experience in a comparable position and also know how to work with Micros Symphony. You speak German and English fluently, every other foreign language is an advantage. They show sensitivity in dealing with international guests and in managing staff and are interested in working with different cultures. They are an attentive and sales-oriented connoisseur of Asian cuisine with a clean, friendly and winning attitude. You have a high degree of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and quality awareness.
