Assistant Banqueting Manager 100% (f/m/i)
In this hospitable position, you are responsible for
- Operational responsibility in the conduct of events by leading a banquet team
- Regular training for your own team, as well as for third-party employees
- Creating Utilities with Mirus 3.0
- Satisfying our discerning guests
- Compliance with and implementation of specified work processes and operational processes
- Ensuring quality control and hygiene standards

- Completed training in the catering/hotel industry or a degree from a hotel school
- Professional experience in a comparable position and safe handling of Micros Symphony
- Experience in upscale hotel operations
- Fluent German and English skills, every other foreign language is a plus
- Responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a strong quality awareness
- Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, pleasure in employee management and a winning appearance
