The apprenticeship is offered by the business and business community (hotel-gastro-tourism) EFZ - Bürgenstock Resort -> An icon of the Swiss hotel industry and a legend since the Italian opening in 1873. Located on the Bürgenberg, a 500-metre-high rocky promontory in central Switzerland, the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne is characterized by bold design, groundbreaking sustainability, breathtaking landscapes and state-of-the-art leisure activities. Three exclusive hotels, the Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa (5Superior) with the two overnight accommodations The Contemporary and The Heritage, the Waldhotel by Bürgenstock (5 Superior) and the taverne 1879 (3*) are at guests' disposal. Each of these houses has the ability to create a unique atmosphere. Tasks
From 1 August 2027 we are looking for new students for the apprenticeship Kaufmann/-frau (hotel-gastro-tourism) EFZ
That's what awaits you
- 3 years of training in a leading luxury DestATION resort including graduation with Eidg. Ability Certificate EFZ
- Insights into the departments Front Office, Guest Service Center, Finance, F&B Administration, Marketing and Human Resources (change of department every 6 months)
- Active cooperation in all teams
- from the reception of reservations, control of invoices, to the organization of occasions
- Weekly attendance of the vocational school
- Exciting development and career opportunities during and after training

- Enjoyment in dealing with many people, foreign cultures and languages in a large company
- Interest in administrative work with flair for numbers and work on computers
- Successfully completed secondary school at the upper level
- Reliability and independence
- Friendly and confident appearance with very good manners
- Oral and written language skills in German and English
