Main responsibilities
- Personnel management and professional development of a team of around five employees
- Responsibility for the operational tasks of the team as well as active participation in day-to-day business
- Coordination of interfaces and cooperation with contact persons within the UB and UZH
- Collaboration in smaller and larger library development projects: optimization and further development of the service offering and user services Requirements
- Completed training as a specialist information and documentation EFZ and completion of a university degree (university or university of applied sciences) at bachelor level or equivalent education
- several years of professional experience in the field of use of a scientific library;
- Knowledge of the Alma library system is an advantage
- Experience in personnel management, project management and strategic further development of services is an advantage
- Engaged, solution-oriented personality with a secure appearance and high social competence
- Efficient, independent and self-responsible working style; Readiness
