- o Design and use structured selection methods: maintenance frames, scoring grids, practical cases and reference runs. Tools, process & continuous improvement
- o Fully leverage our new TTY to streamline processes, facilitate collaboration, document decisions, and develop relevant automation. o Contribute to the structuring and evolution of processes.
- o Monitor your activity using indicators and contribute to continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of recruitment. The profile we're looking for o a Bachelor, a Federal HR Patent or an equivalent title;
- o from 3 to 5 years minimum experience in recruitment, ideally acquired in a complex, highly regulated environment or in the health field; o expertise in in-depth assessment of skills and personality;
- o an experience for innovative sourcing and the development of talent pools; o good control of digital tools;
- o a capacity to evolve agility in a public institution, integrating legal, regulatory and conventional frameworks; o a spirit of analysis and synthesis, curiosity and autonomy;
