Your skills: o SWC trade employee or equivalent. o professional maturity and medical secretary degree are an asset o ongoing CAS-type management training is required. o a minimum of 3 years experience in managing administrative teams o unifying spirit, strength of proposal and ease in accompanying change.
  • o Good organizational and management capacity for emergency priorities/stress o analytical capacity and synthesis
  • o excellent relational and managerial skills that allow you to address difficult situations, formulate clear expectations and contribute to conflict resolution with the support of the Sector Manager when necessary. o speed and adaptability o flexibility and listening o perfect mastery of the French language in oral and written language
