Main responsibilities

- Ensuring professional customer reception and optimal support at the consultation desk and ensuring a smooth process in the customer zone
- Identifying customer needs and targeted forwarding to competent consultants
- Active participation in target group-specific market processing measures and sales campaigns Requirements:
- Completed banking training or comparable training
- Experience in the field of customer consulting
- Enjoy direct customer contact – you know how to inspire people
- Teamwork is more than just a word for you – you like to work together to achieve goals
- Good communication skills – you can express your ideas clearly and concisely
