Establishment of cantonal public law, the CNP has the task of conducting the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions. The NPC aims to rehabilitate patients suffering from mental disorders by adopting an integrated and community psychiatry model; implements public policies to promote and prevent mental health

For its outpatient service, the department of advanced age recruits one:
Psychologist-psychotherapist in Psychology
Rate to be discussed from 20% to 60% The outpatient sector of the department of advanced age is located in Neuchâtel and La Chaux-de-Fonds. Each site offers a care offer consisting of a consultation centre and a day hospital. Our multidisciplinary teams accompany elderly patients with complex psychiatric disorders in an integrative, person-centred approach. This unit consists of a multidisciplinary team including one psychologist and three assistant psychologists. We're looking for a psychotherapist. Its main mission is to provide professional guidance and training for assistant psychologist colleagues. The Department of Advanced Age is a recognized ISFM Category A training institution currently being re-evaluated.
- As part of your duties, you will be required to:
- o Guidance and training
- o Clinical supervision of assistant psychologists, support in their professional development and support in the progression of their skills.
- o Correction and validation of technical reports related to clinical practice of psychologists in training
- o Active participation in multidisciplinary spaces for reflection, contributing to the quality and consistency of care delivery.
- o Post missions can be completed at the selected rate and your areas of interest.
- The competencies required for this position are:
- o Master's degree in psychology or equivalent federal degree, completed with a post-graduate degree in federally recognized psychotherapy
- o Confirmed clinical experience of at least 3 years after federal title.
- o Experience in multidisciplinary context and in collaboration with care networks
- o Autonomy, sense of initiative, analytical and synthesis capabilities
- o Knowledge of the Swiss health system; mastery of French
