Main responsibilities
- Take into account the strengths and areas for improvement of employees, and provide appropriate guidance for their development
- Act as a coach when instructions are applied in the wrong way
- Set and monitor the annual objectives of employees, including situational updates
- Ensure the level of training, learning progress and supervision of new employees as well as apprentices
- Ensure that training and development needs are identified, and submit proposals to their superior
- Establish development and training opportunities in the field
- Promote the creation of a talent pool within their area of responsibility, by adopting appropriate measures, and ensure their management Ensure that open positions are filled
- Conduct recruitment interviews in accordance with internal standards
- Ensure the optimal match between candidate profiles and the requirements of the position
- Identify candidate skills in the context of internal recruitment and reinforce them when necessary

Application process
- Ensure the professional application of merchandise and sales concepts
- Ensure the implementation of marketing plans as well as mandatory directives in the field, in accordance with established concepts
- Propose, if necessary, adjustments to the assortment or deletions of articles
- Supervise the management of inventories, salary costs, product management, turnover, maintenance and the smooth running of the subsidiary, while optimizing expenses
- Plan the human resources proactively within the subsidiary and guarantee necessary replacements
- Ensure that goods ordering processes are respected
- Enforce the processes related to the handling of goods
- Supervise reductions, returns, delivery discrepancies and inventories
