Tasks As a Clinical Manager, you are responsible for the efficient organization of all administrative processes and workflows in the department.
Your main responsibilities include: - In collaboration with the medical management, you are the point of contact for medical/non-medical staff in the department and take over the administrative organization/coordination.
- Monitoring and oversight of case number development and KPIs, as well as developing measures in collaboration with medical controlling.
- Responsibility for cost centers and budget planning in collaboration with the department management, monitoring, compliance, and control of personnel, material, project, and training budgets.
- Planning, coordinating, conducting, and participating in (executive) meetings and sessions (including minute-taking).
- Resource management within the department, such as personnel demand planning for employees, including support in recruitment and hiring.
- Planning and implementing the marketing and PR activities of the department in collaboration with Marketing & Communication.
- Taking an active role in optimizing interfaces and processes, as well as responsibility for planning, leading, and implementing projects for the further development of the department in collaboration with the various clinics.
