What you bring
You want to start your sales career after your training or your studies? In the Sales Excellence Program, we prepare you in a targeted way, for 18 months, for your future role as customer advisor. You will discover the insurance sector from its base, develop your consulting and sales skills and be accompanied by experienced mentors. Step by step, you will assume more responsibility, build your own portfolio of customers and lay the foundation for a successful sales career.
- During the Sales Excellence Program, you learn step by step everything you need for a successful career as a customer advisor.
- You advise clients in person or by telephone and gain valuable practical experience in selling.
- You acquire new clients and customers and gradually develop your own portfolio.
- You support market development in your area and make advisory appointments.
- You work with experienced colleagues and benefit from their knowledge and experience.
- You participate in sales and marketing activities and discover different distribution channels.
- You are a complete basic training, including AFA certification funded by us, and continuously develop your technical knowledge as well as your consulting and sales skills.
Your profile
- Completed training (learning, maturity or university studies)
- Taste for contact with people and enthusiasm for advice and sales
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and relationship ease
- Initiative, willingness to learn and desire to evolve on a personal and professional level
- Self-employed and objective-oriented method of work
- Excellent knowledge of French, spoken and written
- Driver's licence, category B
- Home in the region or desire to build a strong network
