- Preparation and presentation of meat and fish platters for service sales in compliance with hygiene regulations Goods planning, presentation and care Quality, data and freshness control Inventory management Requirements
- Professional experience: in the meat/fish sector
- Completed basic or further training: butcher, meat seller or as Cook Enjoy working with people Reliable and precise way of working Independence and flexibility
