Main responsibilities

- Recruitment, management, planning and development of employees
- Assortment management with high-quality Migros products, supplemented with local specialties Management of turnover and personnel costs Active care of customer relationships Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in food retailing or related industries
- Completed basic or further training: ideally in the food sector and in the area of management
- Enthusiasm and skillful interaction with people Responsibility and flexibility
- Success-oriented, ambitious and motivated personality (ideally from 30 years)
- Experience in management as well as entrepreneurial thinking & acting German (very good knowledge)
