- You will integrate perfectly with our team if:
- You have been trained as a Process Management Engineer, in microtechnology, or as an equivalent.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical environment related to microtechnology, mechanics or watchmaking.
- You have field experience in an industrial environment.
- You master the principles of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, including VSM, PDCA, 8D and DMAIC tools.
- You have excellent analysis and problem solving capabilities.
- You master the usual computer tools, including the Suite Office, as well as Inventor and Vault software.

- You will intervene mainly in technical support for production, particularly in the context of industrialization, continuous improvement and document management of processes.
