Tasks
- Direct reception of patients in the outpatient clinic and the dental practice with a representative function
- Fulfilling the role of host, ensuring professional care for patients in the waiting area
- Receive and process telephone calls and patient inquiries at the front desk
- Supporting the clinic's own consultation hours by arranging follow-up appointments as well as confident handling and understanding of the clinic's internal appointment system and understanding of the corresponding processes
- Case opening and case processing, recording of payers and guarantors, control of patient master data
- Ordering materials and ordering support services
Requirements
• Training as a dental assistant or professional experience in a dental environment
- Communicative and personable personality with high social skills and good manners
- High organizational skills and a pronounced service orientation
- Experience in organizing and scheduling patient appointments an advantage
