- You are responsible for creating a specifications document that incorporates ergonomic, integrity, and reparability criteria of a jewelry piece expressed by the Creation, the jewelry expert, and the customer service.
- You transcribe the Creation’s needs (gouache) into a 3D CAD volume following the Maison Cartier standards.
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for creating a specifications document that incorporates ergonomic, integrity, and reparability criteria of a jewelry piece expressed by the Creation, the jewelry expert, and the customer service.
- You transcribe the Creation’s needs (gouache) into a 3D CAD volume following the Maison Cartier standards.
- You ensure the feasibility during product design in collaboration with methods technicians.
- You present resin prototypes for concept validation by the Creation.
- You guarantee the conformity of the physical prototype (gold/platinum) before validation by the Creation.
- You present the physical prototype to the Creation and argue technical choices if necessary.
- You produce the complete technical dossier including 3D volumes (following Cartier’s drawing methodology), drawings, dimension chains ensuring the requirements in the specifications, and product bills of materials (2D/3D dimension chain dossier) in collaboration with methods and quality.
- You provide data necessary for creating product references in the PLM.
- You participate in the reliability and continuous improvement of products.
- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Holder of an engineering degree in microtechnology, mechanics, ergonomic design, or equivalent, with confirmed experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment.
