- Recognizing customer needs and developing suitable solutions in the areas of paying, saving, investing and provision.
Main responsibilities
- Advice and support for customers in the area of private customers on a basic basis – personal, competent and needs-oriented.

- Promote the use of digital offers as a “digital coach” and support with simple financial questions.
- Maintaining and developing secondary to primary bank customers
- Participation in regional market development measures, campaigns and customer events. Management of cash dispensers Requirements:
- Completed banking training or equivalent training in the financial sector.
- Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of payments, savings, investments and provision.
- Enjoyment of customer contact, high service orientation and winning demeanor.
- Independent, responsible way of working and team spirit.
