CONTEXT

Our Department of Human Resources plays a strategic role in supporting and developing our talent in our Manufacture Joailère in the Locle. In a context of continuous transformation and improvement, we are looking for a 24 month HOM a dynamic and committed HR Project Manager to strengthen our teams.

WHAT WILL YOUR IMPACT BE?

Mission

Linked to the Human Resources Department, your main mission will be to actively contribute to the management and coordination of key projects aimed at optimizing our HR processes and enriching the experience of our employees. You will be a central player in our HR transformation plan, particularly on the initiatives of operational excellence and continuous improvement of the working environment within the factory.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the definition, structuring and validation of project frameworks (objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, planning) in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the various phases of project deployment, from design to implementation, ensuring timeliness and budget.
• Establish and lead project monitoring bodies, produce regular and clear reporting to HR Directorate and steering committees.
• Identify risks and opportunities, propose action plans and innovative solutions to ensure project success.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies within the HR Department.

WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR HOUSE?

With a graduate degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Project Management, or equivalent, you ideally justify experience in HR project management acquired in an industrial or manufacturing environment. This experience allowed you to develop a solid knowledge of the issues of operational excellence and collaborative experience.

You master project management methodologies and have excellent knowledge of HR processes. You are also comfortable with office tools (Pack Office, including Excel and PowerPoint).

With a strong sense of organization, rigour and autonomy, you have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as a sense of diplomacy. Your ability to work in project mode and to unite different actors, combined with your proactivity, your proposal strength and your results orientation, are essential assets. Finally, your team spirit and relationship ease will allow you to integrate harmoniously and collaborate effectively.
