For our Private Clients Business Risk Management (BRM) team in the Risk Management & Governance department, we are looking for a dynamic person as a Business Risk Manager with an affinity for Technology / Artificial Intelligence (AI).
In this role, you assume responsibility for the support and further development of front and client lifecycle related BRM and non-financial risk topics as well as for exciting tasks related to IT, automation and AI.

- Execution and further development of various risk and compliance relevant frameworks with a strong connection to our front organization.
- Development, provision and implementation of training and support for the Private Clients Front Organization as well as support of the department management.
- Provide meaningful reporting for the Private Clients Management Team and line managers.
- Dedicated team with high level of expertise, short decision-making paths and close cooperation with various stakeholders within private clients and beyond (e.g.
- Centers of Excellence, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit).
- What are the requirements?
- Completed university or university of applied sciences studies or equivalent banking education and training.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in business risk management in the banking industry, preferably from a wealth management environment.
- Strong IT affinity and interest in banking platforms and structures as well as developments in the use of AI.
- Good knowledge of the (front) core processes of a bank as well as regulatory issues.
