- Be the main point of contact for the maintenance of buildings in your assigned area and perform various repair work
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of fitness and wellness equipment
- As an asset: experience in a similar field
- Initial or continuing training completed: in the fields of facility management, electrotechnical or metallurgy
Main responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for the maintenance of buildings in your assigned area and perform various repair work
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of fitness and wellness equipment
- Order and replace defective parts to ensure optimum performance of the installations
- Test the functionality of ventilation systems and replace filters
- Ensure hygiene standards are met in fitness clubs and wellness
Key requirements
- As an asset: experience in a similar field
- Initial or continuing training completed: in the fields of facility management, electrotechnical or metallurgy
- Initial or continuing training completed in the fields of Facility Management, electrotechnical or metallurgy
- Prior experience in a similar field (an asset)
- Strong French skills and good English skills, both oral and written
- Manual skill, versatile skills and a pragmatic mindset
- Customer orientation and irreproachable service
- Ability to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility
- Mastery of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel) Driver's licence category B
- Availability for occasional weekend interventions French (Good knowledge) Cosa offeriamo
