Role overview

• Strategic and operational Business Partner role for executive management and specialist departments

• Analysis and interpretation of financial and performance metrics for active company management

• Development and maintenance of meaningful management reporting with a clear focus on decision-making relevance

• Supporting departments with business-related questions, investment decisions, business cases, and profitability analyses

• Further development of budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning processes as well as controlling tools and processes within SAP S/4HANA and BI environment

• Compilation and development of group-wide transfer pricing documentation

• You have a business administration degree and several years of experience in controlling, business partnering, or a similar finance function

• You do not see controlling merely as a reporting function but as an active contribution to corporate management

• You possess strong analytical skills and can structure, understand, and present complex issues in a clear, decision-oriented manner

• You are proficient with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, as well as Excel and BI tools
