- Experience in creating and managing SLAs is a plus
- ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to acquire it
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented working method as well as a high level of initiative
- Ownership is not just a term for you, but an attitude that you live daily
- Strong communication skills in German (verbal and written) and enjoyment of exchange with different stakeholders
Company and context
- You work closely with internal departments, external partners and the IT organization and bring requirements, developments and changes together in a structured way.
- Together with Product Manager, you maintain a strategy and a roadmap for the further development of your IT service
- You bring that to me.
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration (FH/HF/FA) or equivalent qualification
