- Responsibility for the practical training of learners in transport incl.
- Recruitment and support of practice trainers
- Planning and implementation of the introduction of new employees
- organisation and implementation of training and instructions
- Drive guidance and coaching of learners and employees
- Close cooperation with the management of vocational training and support for the departments involved to ensure practical training preparation of training documents Participation in projects Requirements Diverse experience: in transport
- Completed basic or further education: as a road transport specialist*man - advantageous Driving licence category C/E
