Your tasks You are passionate about challenging real estate portfolios, like to take on responsibility and understand how to combine professionalism with customer orientation and team spirit? Then with us as team leader real estate management or as senior real estate manager (m/f/d) you not only design the management of complex residential and commercial properties, but also directly shape the quality of our service and the satisfaction of our customers and mandate holders. Due to access to a mandate, we are expanding our team in 2027 and are looking for a personality who, depending on experience and ambition, will play a key role either in a leadership role (team management) or in a senior specialist role with a share of leadership and coaching. If you bring leadership in the sense of coaching, entrepreneurial thinking and the pleasure of professional cooperation, you are exactly the person we are looking for.

• Responsibility for professional and personnel management as well as further development of employees in real estate management incl. Quality assurance
• as team leader: you usually lead 6-8 employees
• as a senior real estate manager: you take over the professional and personnel management usually of 3-5 employees and coach your team in everyday life
• Close cooperation with management and team management (for senior function) or management (for team management function) on overarching topics and processes
• Commercial and technical management of residential and commercial real estate
• Responsibility for high customer satisfaction and compliance with our quality standards
• Observation of developments in the rental market and in rental law
• Active support for new and existing tenants: as well as comprehensive lease contract management
• Effective vacancy management including subsequent rental
• Negotiation and drafting of business and supplementary lease contracts, annexes and supplements
• Implementation of property acceptance and transfer as well as support for tenant development projects
• Preparation, testing and further development of detailed heating and operating costs accounts
• Preparation of solution-oriented requests to clients and preparation of meaningful reports
• Prediction, budgeting and planning with earnings responsibility
• Management and coordination of FM service providers
• Performing special tasks and participating in projects (in particular in the team management function)

Your requirements

• Real estate specialist with federal degree (real estate manager or trustee)
• Experience in a similar position (with leadership responsibility)
• Several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties as well as further experience in the negotiation and design of business leases, annexes and supplements
• Independent personality with an entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as good knowledge of English
• Good IT application knowledge (MS Office programs, ev. GREM)
• Winning and well-kept appearance with high social skills
• Valid driving licence and own car required (free root parking)
