- Independent commercial and technical management of a versatile real estate portfolio
- Market analyses for rental prices
- Active vacancy management and re-letting
- Preparation, revision and addition of lease contracts and related documents
- Carrying out acceptances and transfers of rental properties
- Communication in written and oral form with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities and clients
- Management of debtors and creditors
- Handling of heating and operating costs accounts
- Application and processing for contracting entities
- Monitoring and handling of reporting
- Preparation of extra-official accounts
- Prediction, budgeting and planning with earnings responsibility
Your requirements
- In training or already completed further training as a real estate manager:in with federal certificate
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in management or Residential property services
- Excellent knowledge of German and safe spelling
- Sound IT skills, especially in MS Office applications
- Strong organisational talent and exemplary manners
- Strong social skills and ability to successfully collaborate in a team
- Possession of a valid driving licence and own cars required
