For our subsidiary Stardrinks AG, we are looking for a dedicated and powerful personality as a team leader:in Customer Service Center Sales at the Lucerne site to strengthen our customer service center.
In this versatile role, you will lead a team in customer service that works at two locations (Luzern & Winterthur) and make sure that our customers receive professional and solution-oriented support at any time.

- Multiannual experience in customer service, sales support or contact center – ideally with leadership experience
- Complete training and further training in the field of management, business management or project management

- Planning, control and continuous optimization of the daily processes in the customer service (via eB2B platform/eazle, e-mail and telephone)
- Support and further development of the team in operational daily business using TPM and Lean-Six-Sigma methods
