Tasks: • They take over the professional and personnel leadership of the newly assembled disposition team and promote a trusting and appreciative team culture. • Together with your team, you ensure efficient, patient-oriented scheduling and resource planning as well as a smooth scheduling process. • With your eye for optimization potential, you analyze existing processes, develop processes and standards and actively shape change projects • In close cooperation with the medical profession, nursing and other internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to a constructive and interprofessional cooperation.
