Team Leader Check-In (a) Through our transhipment centres and logistics centres in Nebikon, we handle deliveries from abroad, storage, distribution and delivery of various new and used vehicles for the Swiss market. To complement our team, we are looking for a team leader check-in (a) immediately or by agreement. Task area
- Operational management of currently 7 commercial clerks check-in
- Securing the guidelines, instructions and standards of the company
- Ensuring the correct recording and processing of orders in the new and occupation area
- Coordination, coordination and optimization of processes in cooperation with customers and internal offices
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Supply contracts
Requirement profile
- Commercial vocational training completed
- Designated leadership experience
- Resilient and solution-oriented personality with structured and careful working methods
- Secure handling of common MS-Office applications
- Interest for cars and the automotive industry
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English, knowledge of French advantageous
