For our store in Mall of Switzerland, Ebikon we are looking for a:n Store Manager full time (w/m/d).

As a store manager, you are responsible for the entire operations of your shop and play a key role in achieving our sales goals and creating a unique shopping experience for our customers.

• Requirements
• Team leadership and motivation to achieve outstanding customer service standards
• Responsibility for achieving sales targets and KPI performance
• Control of inventory management and product presentation
• Analysis of sales figures to optimize store performance
• recruitment, training and development of the sales team
• Implementation of corporate policies and lots of prevention measures
• Experience in retail, preferably in fashion
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership position
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills
• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Strong analytical skills and KPI management experience
