Centiel is a Switzerland-based technology company that develops, manufactures, and supplies power protection

solutions for critical infrastructure.

Main responsibilities

  • Lead project execution from order intake through delivery and final handover.
  • Review orders and ensure technical clarity, scope alignment, and readiness at project start.
  • Plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, milestones, risks, and priorities.
  • Act as the main customer interface during project execution, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, Service, and external partners.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, issues, delays, and scope changes.
  • Ensure quality standards, testing activities, FAT/SAT, documentation, and final handover are properly managed.

Key requirements

  • Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience in project management or project coordination within a technical/engineering environment

  • Good understanding of project financials (costs, margins, budgeting) is an advantage
  • Technical background or experience in the UPS, power protection, or datacenter industry is a strong plus
  • Strong English language skills.
  • Additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian, Spanish) are an asset
