- In an interdisciplinary team, you will look after, accompany and care for residents with a perceptual impairment in a resource-oriented manner.
Main responsibilities

- In an interdisciplinary team, you will look after, accompany and care for residents with a perceptual impairment in a resource-oriented manner.
- The care primarily requires agogic skill, but also brings with it nursing aspects
- You support the residents in the implementation of individualized, rhythmized and structured processes
- Through your experience, you help to strengthen and promote the self-efficacy and participation of the inhabitants.
- You actively support the development of the residential group and the team by contributing your expertise and ideas
- You work closely with relatives, therapists and other professionals to ensure holistic care
- You have completed education or work experience in the social sector
- You can easily access people who are on the spectrum
- Your sensitive and respectful nature allows you to build a trusting relationship with the residents
