- Maintenance of the building and security systems (ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical) in the assigned branch portfolio
- Independent planning and execution of the orders or Commissioning and supervision of craftsmen
- Operation and monitoring of building automation (timer circuits, alarms, energy data)
- Initiation and implementation of measures for the sustainable energy-optimized operation of all plants
- Responsibility of budgeting, timely and appropriate execution of maintenance incl. Documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Professional experience: in the field of maintenance or building technology
- Initial or continuing education: in the technical field
- Good technical understanding and physical strength
- Reliable and accurate working methods
- Self-employment, organisational capacity and flexibility
- Category B driving licence
- Teamwork and responsibility
- German (very good knowledge)
