You can design it.
- You accompany learners together with the vocational trainees from recruitment to successful apprenticeship.
- Together with vocational and practical trainees, you ensure practical training in accordance with legal requirements.
- You advise and empower professional and practical trainees in their role and supervise offices throughout Switzerland. For this, you are on the road about 40% of your working time.
- You support learners with challenges and develop sustainable solutions together with them.
- You organize vocational training events and training courses and implement measures in apprenticeship marketing.
That makes you
- You have completed a technical or craft vocational training, ideally in the electrical sector and have a further education at the level of HF or a vocational examination.
- You have experience in training learners and have completed at least one vocational trainer course.
- You use digital tools like Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and learning platforms safely. You use AI tools such as our internal AxpoGPT to make your work efficient and future-oriented.
- You have very good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
