Main responsibilities
- Assumption of responsibilities as a reference person for allocated guests
- Participation in the care process and in the care needs classification with RAI LTCF among the assigned guests
- Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) Assumption of day-to-day responsibility Planning and support of medical visits
- Assuming tasks as a topic carrier for a subject and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality
- Competent support, guidance and support of learners (FaGe / AGS) through the entire training day
- Maintaining learning support, education reports, target-setting discussions and preparing and accompanying learners’ qualification procedures
- Exchange of information with training managers, vocational schools and legal representatives

- Completed training as a specialist Health EFZ
- Qualification as a vocational trainer or the willingness to complete this course in a timely manner (paid)
- Joy and enthusiasm for the transfer of knowledge and support of young people in the learning process
- Professional experience in long-term care is beneficial
