• Strategic and operational responsibility for CONCORDIA’s social media presence is in your hands. You take our strategy, channels and formats to the next level and increase organic presence, visibility and followers.
• Together with a junior colleague, you are responsible for the topic and editorial planning, develop creative content ideas and implement them in text, image and video.
• Paid social media campaigns are designed and managed in cooperation with external agencies. You are responsible for the budgets and optimize our activities based on relevant key figures.
• You oversee community management and also get involved yourself. In addition, you coordinate internal and external specialists and guide your colleague professionally.
• As part of corporate communications and marketing, you bring your expertise to cross-divisional projects – and never stop learning yourself.

You bring that with you

• You have a higher education or training in communication, marketing, media (FH, university, HF, federal professional card or similar) or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of professional experience in professional social media management and have already independently managed channels and campaigns.
• You are very familiar with the relevant social media platforms. You master common publishing and analysis tools, skilfully use the usual tools for content creation and keep up to date with the use of AI.
• You have a sense of storytelling, text and visual content. Your German is stylish and error-free
• Good French skills round off your profile.
• You are flexible, recognize current trends and critical topics early and react quickly and accurately – even if it has to be spontaneous.
• Strategic thinking, creativity and an independent way of working distinguish you. You like to take responsibility, enjoy working with different stakeholders and share your knowledge.
