- Analysis and resolution of technical issues in the context of incidents and service requests You bring that to me. Several years of proven experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Glide API, REST integrations) Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM
- You are ServiceNow CSA and CAD certified Good understanding of platform architecture, data models and technical contexts
- Delight in customer contact and ability to communicate technical solutions in an understandable way
- Understanding platform operation, maintainability, upgrade capability and technical quality
