- You are fully responsible for managing a portef wilile of majority business properties
- You work and control the annual budget including forecasts and control and control creditors
- Fachausweiss Immobilienverwaltung or an Eidg. Diploma in Real Estate Trust
Main responsibilities
- You are fully responsible for managing a portef wilile of majority business properties
- You work and control the annual budget including forecasts and control and control creditors
- You are training and implementing your subordinate staff (including target agreement and control achievement)
- You provide and advise tenants, owners and control the Facility Manager
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing and accompanying maintenance as well as for pediatric status assessments including reporting
- You make changes to your rental contract, change in rental rates and indexed rental rates
- You monitor the current rental interest policy and advise homeowners on setting the rental interest rate
- You provide repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution Requirements:
- You have an Eidg.
- You have many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have special knowledge of rental law and construction skills
