- Active participation and step-by-step development of a 24/7 service model
- Professional support for the management of intensive care medicine in the further development of the department
- Central participation in the establishment, further development and the Swiss-wide establishment of the Swiss Weaning Center
- Ensuring efficient use of intensive care resources in close cooperation with the further stations
- Professional networking and cooperation with all professional groups of intensive care medicine
