- your broad knowledge of medical writing for the pharmaceutical industry, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including medical, scientific, and commercial partners, to understand client needs and develop tailored and effective scientific content for digital implementation
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across a range of therapeutic areas, delivering on agreed timelines
- Ensuring that the content, format and structure comply with regulatory and other guidelines, as well as with Roche best practices
- Monitor assigned tasks and manage own workload, taking ownership and anticipating capacity issues and potential solutions
- As a trained and experienced senior medical writer you will provide mentorship and technical coaching to other medical writers in the team, as well as new writers joining the team
- As a senior medical writer you will be a subject matter expert in pharmaceutical and medical communications as well as lead the team in assigned, specific therapeutic areas.
