- Control - limited to 2 years you are responsible for the mechanical filling and optical control of sterile solutions in syringes.
- This includes the preparation, monitoring, cleaning and disinfection of the filling machine and the optical control machines. Responsibility | This is what awaits you:
- Ensure that the filling and visual inspection of sterile solutions in syringes run smoothly, taking into account the aseptic procedure as specified in the manufacturing instructions and compliance with GMP and hygiene regulations
- You carry out microbiological environmental controls and are responsible for troubleshooting even difficult faults at the bottling and optical control system
- An important part of your task is also the GMP-compliant documentation and control of the work carried out in production protocols (in the future electronic), electronic logbooks and document books, etc.
- As part of work preparation, you clean, disinfect and sterilize equipment and small parts
