Application process
- You will be a builder and a mentor: shipping full-stack product features, and bringing hands-on experience with production LLM applications so the whole team levels up.
- Your first flagship AI project will draft evidence-grounded gene and variant descriptions, with sources and citations, for clinical interpreters to review. The value you bring: Product engineering
- Design, build, test, deploy and maintain full-stack web features and microservices, owning components end to end.
- Lead code and design reviews; mentor junior engineers and raise the team's engineering quality.
- Prototype fast and iterate — take early ideas to working, reliable software.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Architecture and PMO to align delivery with product vision and regulatory needs Applied AI / LLM
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines over curated clinical data sources and internal databases.
- Design system and task-specific prompts, structured output, and provenance/citation handling.
