- In interaction with multiple internal functions (Finance, CRM, Audit, Operations, etc.), you ensure the application of Audemars Piguet's policies, procedures and controls.
- Your mission helps support the company's growth while protecting the reputation and value of the brand. In this context, your activities are:
- Monitor key monitoring indicators Retail to identify risks, anomalies, unusual trends and gaps within the European network
- Analyze clients, transactions and customer journeys using a risk-based approach, and support the award process Retail
- Investigate violations of policies, operational incidents and risk situations and then coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
- Produce and share reports and dashboards providing the Directorate with relevant analysis, recommendations and action plans
- Support shops on a daily basis by disseminating Retail Control principles, leading change and providing risk-based advice
- Question local practices when necessary and conduct in-store visits to assess the effectiveness of key controls and promote continuous improvement
