Mission
As part of this function, attached to our Clothing Division, you will be responsible for the management of the team and all the production activities of the Bracelet 1 workshop combining the satining and polishing operations.
In close collaboration with the Bracelet 2 workshop, Fabrication Component Bracelet and the other workshops of the division, as well as the support services, you will ensure the performance of your workshop by guaranteeing the waiting of the production objectives and the respect of the Patek Philippe standards, while promoting the collaborative experience.

- ES technician or other diploma deemed equivalent.
Main responsibilities
- Guide, support, encourage, motivate and develop your teams while maximizing productivity and time to achieve the goals.
- Provide support for training and the development of versatility within the Workshop.
- Analyze operational processes, take corrective measures to improve quality, reduce waste rates and operating times.
- Ensure compliance with the production plan and ensure compliance with the Patek Philippe standards.
- Advance the activity and operational processes of the Workshop in close coordination with other Workshops, as well as in collaboration with support services, Internal Clients and other Services and Divisions. Profile sought
- Experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
- Knowledge of satining and polishing occupations.
- Knowledge of machining occupations a plus.
- Knowledge of production management and Lean tools.
- Mastery of office tools (Pack Office) and ERP.
