Your main tasks are

• You control the nursing classification process and ensure that the interRAI LTCF surveys run on schedule
• You are actively involved in the implementation of the interRAI LTCF classification system
• You independently recognize whether changes in care costs lead to a step change
• You support the care teams in the correct implementation of the care documentation
• You take on internal controlling tasks and ensure data quality
• You work closely with your team and are later also regularly on the road in the five companies

You have over

• You have completed your studies as a Dipl. Nursing professional HF and further training as supervisor/in interRAI LTCF
• You have experience in handling the interRAI LTCF rating system and a high level of expertise in capturing RAI assessments
• You have a strong understanding of care groups and can safely assess changes in support needs regarding their impact on the care level
• You have good IT knowledge (e.g. MS Office, RAIsoft, maintenance documentation systems)
• You work independently, friendly and with strong social skills
• You enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation and accompanying employees professionally
