Main responsibilities
- Independent management of a portfolio of business and residential properties (with assistance)
- Oral and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs and authorities
- Professional management of housekeepers and cleaning staff
- Ensuring maintenance and cooperation in renovation and renewal projects
- Periodic assessment of properties and preparation of status reports
- Preparation and monitoring of budget and multiannual planning Requirements
- Completed basic training and further education as a real estate manager /-in with federal law. Specialist card
- Several years of professional experience in business and residential property management Business and residential rental experience
- Very good oral and written communication in German and English
- Garaio REM and Yarowa Knowledge of Benefits
