Role overview

Tasks

• Together with your colleagues with agogic and nursing professional backgrounds, you will accompany and look after adults with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as multiple disabilities and some with challenging behavior and epilepsy.

In doing so, you build a professional relationship with the residents and work with them to design their living space as well as the day and leisure structures according to their individual needs.

• You promote and support the residents in realizing their basic needs, shape their everyday lives with them and support them in maintaining their health
• They are responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of the agogic process and work together with internal contact persons, relatives and legal representatives as well as external bodies
• They support learners and students of various vocational training courses in the health and social sector in the development of their skills Requirements:
• You are qualified.

Social educator HF or FH and have experience in working with people with disabilities or are interested in familiarizing themselves with this field of activity

• They show a high willingness to get involved in a professional relationship with the residents and represent their concerns
• They have a solution-oriented work organization and a high level of personal responsibility
• With their creative and transparent communicative style they shape everyday life proactively
• Stability, organizing as well as networking and advising are included to their strengths.

• You are enthusiastic about creating a beautiful home for the residents that meets their needs We offer:
